Commercial Education Day

Kyle Nagy and Adam Gregory will instruct a commercial education class on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at LVR (6360 S Rainbow Blvd) in Classroom A.

The class title is "Commercial Real Estate Finance 101".The objective is to provide an overview of the current commercial mortgage lending market, process, underwriting, and regulations.

The price is $20 for CALV Members and $30 for Non-CALV Members.

This class counts for 3 hours of general credits toward real estate license renewal.
