General Membership Vendor Tables Are Now Available

There is still time to secure a vendor table at one of our three General Membership Meetings taking place in 2023! This year, reservations are online only, and limited tables are available for each meeting. Once all tables are reserved and paid for, remaining affiliates will be added to a waiting list.

Note you can only reserve for one of the three 2023 meetings, and up to two members per table are allowed (public IDs required).

The cost for each member is $35, whether attending the lunch or exhibiting only. Your reservation will be confirmed once you pay the $35 fee per member (up to two) and receive a confirmation. Act quickly, as vendor tables are in high demand!

As a vendor, you can arrive as early as 9:30 AM to begin your setup. All confirmed vendors should be set up and ready to go by 10:30 AM.
