To reserve your seat, please register for our next Trends Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in Classroom A. You must register even if you are a member of the Trends Committee. The panel discussion is titled "Forbearance Frenzy: 2011 Déjà Vu, Inventory Dropping & Prices Rising" and will cover the following topics: forbearances, 40 year FHA loan programs, hedge funds, and new home booms.

For those who cannot attend this meeting on-site, it will be recorded. Once recorded, it will be uploaded to the member website. Please note that you must attend this meeting in person if you would like to receive credit for attendance.
