SentriLock Lock Box Price Change

Release Date: April 04, 2022 at 8:30 AMThe price of SentriLock lockboxes in the LVR REAL Store has increased from $135.00 plus tax to $145.00 plus tax.
Although the Association has successfully resisted price increases for SentriLock lockboxes in the recent past, the challenges faced by material shortages and problems with the global supply chain have made it impossible for this latest increase to be avoided. It should also be noted that this is only the second price increase in the past seven years.
Members are encouraged to return unneeded SentriLock lockboxes to LVR in exchange for $75 per lockbox. This money can be paid directly or credited to a member account. There is no limit on the number of reusable lockboxes which can be returned, as long they are in reusable condition and exist in LVR’s system.
