CALV is pleased to announce registration is now open for the 18th annual CALV Education Symposium. This year's event will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Las Vegas Realtors, located at 6360 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89118. This educational symposium offers renewal credits for both real estate agents and real estate appraisers.

Join us for an informative day as we open with the morning session "Land in Limbo - The Federal Footprint and Southern Nevada's Development Path" with a presentation from Shawn McCoy, PhD., closely followed by an exciting panel featuring Marci Henson, Mike Ford, and Commissioner James Gibson - moderated by Jamie Thalgott. This will be followed by an economic update from our lunch keynote speaker, Brian Gordon from Applied Analysis. The afternoon session will feature an informative 2025 law and legislative update from the recent legislative session this past June taught by Joe Brezny and Jamie Rodriguez! This event is open to ALL AGENTS and full day registration includes breakfast and lunch! There are 3 options to register:

• Registration for CALV and Institute Affiliates (AI, BOMA, CCIM, CREW, IREM, LIED, NAIOP, and NVSAA) is $99.
• Registration for non-CALV members, LVR, and licensees is $149.00
• Registration to attend the lunch only portion of the event is $40.00
