2026 Who’s Who Under 40

Las Vegas REALTORS® YPN is now accepting applications for the 2026 Who’s Who Under 40 Awards, recognizing the next generation of professionals shaping the future of real estate in Southern Nevada.

Each year, this award highlights individuals who are not only producing at a high level, but also contributing to the growth, professionalism, and future direction of the industry. From business performance to leadership and community involvement, recipients represent a standard of excellence that reflects the strength of the REALTOR® community in Las Vegas.

If 2025 was a year where you grew your business, expanded your influence, or made a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to be recognized among your peers.

Who Should Apply

The award is designed for REALTORS® who are actively building momentum in their business and contributing to the industry.

You should apply if you:

• Are an Active Member: A current Las Vegas REALTORS® member
• Meet the Age Requirement: 40 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025
• Demonstrate Production & Contributions: Able to show production and industry involvement from the 2025 calendar year
• Are Prepared to Apply: Ready to complete the full application, including verification forms and supporting documentation
• Are Eligible: Not currently a Hall of Fame inductee

This recognition reflects the work you’ve put into your business, the reputation you’ve built, and the role you’re playing in the industry.

Individuals who have received the award three times will be inducted into the YPN Hall of Fame and honored at this year’s awards ceremony.

What to Expect in the Application Process

The application process is designed to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation of each candidate.

Applicants will be asked to provide:

• Verified production data for the 2025 calendar year
• Documentation of industry involvement, leadership, and contributions
• Completed verification forms with required signatures
• Supporting materials that reflect professional activity and achievements
  

All submissions are reviewed based on a combination of production, engagement, and overall contribution to the industry.
