CALV Annual Spring Mixer

It was a great night to mix and mingle with local real estate professionals. The CALV annual spring mixer, was held May 3 on the scenic patio of the historic Las Vegas Country Club.

While the crowd count fell just short of last year’s record attendance, CALV welcomed 113 people to the mixer, with 164 registering to attend.

CALV President Natalie Allred, whose professional designations include being a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), said that’s not bad for an event that ended up competing with a playoff game for the hometown Vegas Golden Knights, as they continued to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals.

CALV leaders thanked their industry partners and sponsors for continuing to support the event. In addition to Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR), they include the local chapters of the Appraisal Institute (AI); BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association); CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member); CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women); IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management); NAIOP Southern Nevada; Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA); and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®).
