CALV Symposium: Featuring Brian Gordon

The 17th Annual CALV Educational Symposium is right around the corner, offering a full day of valuable insights and education tailored specifically for real estate professionals. This year’s event will feature a luncheon keynote presentation by Brian Gordon, a principal with Applied Analysis, an esteemed economic analysis, real estate consulting, and research firm based in Las Vegas.

Luncheon Keynote Speaker: Brian Gordon

Brian Gordon will deliver an in-depth keynote titled “Data and Trends on the Local Real Estate Market and Economy.” As a native Las Vegan, Brian brings a unique perspective to his analysis of the local market. With extensive experience as a certified public accountant (CPA) and an accreditation in business valuations, Brian has built a reputation for his wide-ranging research and analysis expertise.

In addition to his work at Applied Analysis, Brian heads SalesTraq, the firm’s residential research division. He serves on the board of directors and is the Treasurer of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, and he is also an active member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate trade association. Brian is often sought after as an expert witness and has testified in various litigation cases.
