Certified Vote Results: 2025 Proposed Bylaws
Member Participation Reaches Record High

We are proud to report that more members participated in this Bylaws vote than ever before—a strong sign that our membership is ready to be heard and take part in meaningful change.
During the Special Meeting & Bylaws Vote, members were asked to vote individually on nine separate motions. Each motion required a two-thirds (2/3) majority to pass. Voting was securely administered through ElectionBuddy and included both live votes cast during the meeting and proxy ballots submitted in advance.
Every valid vote has now been tallied, certified, and finalized. The results are as follows:
- Motion 1 did not pass, with 24% voting YES and 76% voting NO.
- Motion 2 did not pass, with 26% voting YES and 74% voting NO.
- Motion 3 did not pass, with 24% voting YES and 76% voting NO.
- Motion 4 did not pass, with 30% voting YES and 70% voting NO.
- Motion 5 did not pass, with 29% voting YES and 71% voting NO.
- Motion 6 did not pass, with 34% voting YES and 66% voting NO.
- Motion 7 did not pass, with 31% voting YES and 69% voting NO.
- Motion 8 did not pass, with 26% voting YES and 74% voting NO.
- Motion 9 did not pass, with 40% voting YES and 60% voting NO.
While the outcome of the vote did not result in any changes to the current Bylaws, the record level of member involvement reflects a growing desire for transparency, accountability, and progress.
