Coming Soon IDX Syndication

Effective June 3, 2026, LVR MLS will begin syndicating Coming Soon listings through IDX and VOW data feeds. Listings in Coming Soon status will now appear on participating IDX and VOW websites and will be clearly identified as “Coming Soon”, listings must be marked Internet = Yes to be syndicated.

To prepare for this change, please have your agents review any current Coming Soon listings and confirm the Internet Yes/No field is set appropriately.

Syndicating Coming Soon listings through the MLS data feed gives brokers and their clients a more complete view of the marketplace — increasing visibility into upcoming inventory and helping consumers stay informed about properties preparing to enter the market.

New Matrix Listing Manager with AI

Also launching June 3, 2026, LVR MLS will introduce the new Matrix Listing Manager with AI.

The new Listing Manager includes an intuitive and modern interface that guides users through the entire listing lifecycle from input to maintenance.

Built-in AI functionality will help improve listing accuracy, simplify workflows, and create a more efficient listing management experience.

MLS Training Calendar

LVR MLS will be offering additional training classes starting in May, specifically focused on the new Matrix Listing Manager.

We encourage brokers, managers, and agents to attend training sessions to become familiar with the new tools and enhancements prior to launch.

To help members prepare for launch day, a countdown clock has been added to the Matrix homepage so you can track the launch and get ready for day one.
