FOREWARN® Update: Household Risk Now Available

FOREWARN®, your complimentary safety and lead intelligence benefit, has launched a new feature called Household Risk, now available to all Las Vegas REALTORS® members at no additional cost.

Why Household Risk Matters

When you prepare to meet a client at a property, risk does not always come solely from the individual you have been in contact with. Others may be present in the home and, until now, those individuals have been largely invisible to safety tools.

Household Risk extends your insight to include risk signals associated with the entire household, not just your direct contact, giving you greater awareness before stepping into in-person meetings.

How to Use Household Risk

Using Household Risk is built directly into your existing FOREWARN® workflow. To run a search:

• Enter a property address to initiate a Household Risk search
• View individuals possibly associated with the household, along with available risk indicators
• Select any individual to review additional criminal history records or sex offender status

With this added visibility, you can approach every in-person meeting with a clearer picture of potential risk signals associated with the entire household, not just your direct contact.

Already Using FOREWARN®?

Members already using FOREWARN® will see the new Household Risk option the next time they sign in. No additional setup is required, and there is no change to your existing access through the association.

Not Yet Activated?

If you have not yet activated your complimentary FOREWARN® account, now is a good time to set it up. Activation requires a valid cell phone number on file with Las Vegas REALTORS® membership and takes just a few minutes to complete.

To activate your account, click here and enter the email address on file with the association. That email will serve as your FOREWARN® username.
