How to Add Additional Fields in Searches

To add additional criteria to your default search:

• Go to the property type your client wants.
• Scroll down to the bottom of the search page and click 'Add' next to 'Additional Fields.' (view image)
• After you have all the fields under 'Selected Fields,' use the 'Back' button at the bottom to return to your search.

Here are the most common fields that may be added by an agent for various types of searches:

• Association Fee Y/N | CIC Y /N
• Buyer Incentive Y/N – to find properties where the seller is offering various incentives for buyers, such as rate buy down or other.
• Lot Description – For specific types of lots, i.e. cul-de-sac or corner lots.
• Lot Sqft – To search for ranges of specific size lots.
• Price/Sqft – For finding properties abased upon price per square foot.
• Property Description – For search properties with a casita, guest house or fixer-uppers.
• RV Parking Y/N - For finding properties that have room for an RV to park.
• RV Parking – For finding specific types of RV parking:Garage, hookups for electrical, gas, waste or that have an RV garage
• RV Dimensions – for those that need RV parking with specific dimensions, including height.
• Room Type and Description – allows for searching on specific details regarding the rooms, such as two primary bedrooms.
• Solar Electric – Choices in this field are Owned, Leased and None.
• Financing Considered – For clients looking for particular type of financing, for example VA.
• Public Remarks – Using a wild card symbol ( * ) before and after specific words allows Matrix to find specific keywords within this field.Some examples are *as-is* or *original owner*
• Agent to Agent Remarks – Also allows keyword searches by using the wild card symbols before and after specific words.For example “airbnb*.
• Primary Bedroom Down – If your customer wants the Master Bedroom on the first floor
• House Views – If your customer needs a type of view, i.e. mountains, strip, etc.Be aware that views are always subject to change.
• House Faces – Occasionally your client may want a home that faces a particular direction.This may be for cultural reasons or energy efficiency.
• RENTAL PROPERTY TYPE ONLY
• Housing Vouchers Accepted Y/N – If your Rental client is receiving compensation from another source, i.e. Section 8.
• Pets Accepted is within the default search.Choices are Yes, No and Call.
