How to Find Current Inventory Numbers

Matrix makes it simple to find current inventory numbers using its “count on the fly” feature. Follow these steps to quickly access inventory data tailored to your needs.

Steps to Access Inventory Numbers:

1. Start a Search

• Navigate to Search → Residential in Matrix.
• Select the statuses you consider Active, such as Active and Coming Soon.

2. Refine by Location

• Choose specific cities like Las Vegas, Henderson, or North Las Vegas if needed.
• If no city is selected, the search will include all four counties covered by LVR (Clark, Lincoln, White Pine, Nye).

3. Focus on Specific Areas

• Use Zip Codes or draw a shape on the map for precise areas like Summerlin.
• Avoid relying solely on the Community Name field, as it may not always be filled out by agents.

4. Check Your Results

• View the inventory number in the lower-left corner of your screen. Click the number to see detailed results.
• Example: There are currently 7,281 Active and Coming Soon Single Family Residential properties in Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. Your number will vary based on your search criteria.
