Longbridge Financial is sponsoring our upcoming Lunch and Learn on Friday, May 12, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in Classroom A. The class, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) For Purchase, will cover the following topics: a unique financing tool for 25% of buyers/sellers, a financing option that can assist customers with their retirement planning goals, fostering customer loyalty, and potentially mitigating contract negotiations. The speaker is Susan Laliberte, a reverse mortgage professional with over 11 years in loan origination and business development in the mortgage industry.
