MATRIX™ Update: New Timeline Feature & Classic Mode Option

Timeline Feature: A Comprehensive Overview
The new Timeline feature will be prominently located on the left side of your Matrix™ dashboard. It provides a detailed, chronological view of recent client activities, including actions like picking favorites, discarding listings, writing notes, saving searches, and updating planners. Additionally, it tracks when clients opt in, opt out, or unsubscribe from email and text communications.
The Timeline displays activity for the past seven days, with the most recent events appearing at the top. To view older events, simply scroll to the bottom of the list, which will automatically load additional entries. For real-time updates, remember to click the refresh icon, as the Timeline does not auto-refresh during your session. You can also customize the types of events shown by clicking the gear icon, and adjust the visibility of the Timeline panel, which Matrix™ will remember for future sessions.
Classic Mode Option: Flexibility in Your Interface
In addition to the Timeline feature, Matrix™ 11.2 introduces a “Classic Mode” option. Found in the utility menu under “Hello FirstName,” this new switch allows users to choose between the updated, responsive user interface or the traditional style they are accustomed to. This option provides greater flexibility, catering to both those who prefer the modern look and those who favor the classic design.
