New My MATRIX™ Pages

We’re excited to announce that starting September 17, 2024, the Saved Searches and Auto Email pages within My MATRIX™ will be getting a major upgrade! These pages, accessible from the My MATRIX™ menu, have been redesigned with a sleek, phone-friendly interface to improve usability and efficiency.

What’s New?

• Unified Display: Both Saved Searches and Auto Emails will now be shown in a streamlined format similar to the contact record. Basic details such as the contact name, search name, and auto email status will be visible in a collapsed view, while expanded items will reveal full information and available actions.
• Search and Filter: Quickly locate specific searches or emails by typing into the new search bar or by using the familiar chevron icon to access filter and sort options.
• Responsive Design: The new interface adapts seamlessly to any screen size, giving you the flexibility to work from your phone or tablet with ease. The Settings section has also been revamped to match this responsive design.
• Sortable Columns: Stay organized with the new sortable column feature. All the data from the classic version remains, but you’ll now be able to sort it in a way that best suits your needs.
• Bulk Actions with Checkboxes: Managing multiple searches just got easier! With the addition of checkboxes on the Saved Searches and Auto Emails pages, you can select multiple items at once and perform bulk actions, like running a Market Update for all selected searches, with a single click.

Want to Keep the Classic Look? No Problem!

We understand that some users prefer the traditional interface, which is why we’ve introduced a Classic Mode option. Located under the utility menu (just click “Hello, [FirstName]”), this switch allows you to toggle between the new responsive interface and the classic version you’ve grown accustomed to.
