Did you know you can receive notifications when your clients interact with OneHome? Stay informed when they mark favorites, add notes, or request showings—all with a simple setup in Matrix.

How to Enable Notifications:

1. Log in to Matrix and go to Settings (upper right-hand corner).

2. Select Portal Notification Settings.

3. Choose to receive notifications via email or text.

4. If opting for text, enter and verify your cell number at the bottom of the screen.

Once set up, you’ll always know when clients are engaging with their home search.
