The LVR General Membership Meeting will Return on March 18 at the Four Seasons Hotel

Las Vegas REALTORS® will kick off this year’s first General Membership meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel on March 18, 11:00 am - 4:30 pm. The meetings are normally held three times per year in an effort to keep members informed of what is happening at the Association while providing opportunities for networking and learning. In addition, members can familiarize themselves with a multitude of businesses during the vendor exhibit and earn valuable CE credits by taking the class immediately following the meeting.

The exhibit features over 40 local businesses at the beginning of the event starting at 11:00 am. Members can create vital business connections within the Real Estate realm while browsing the exhibit. Vendors, including mortgage, title, escrow, home warranty insurance, and home staging companies, present tables that showcase a platitude of information about their role within the community. Also represented are LVR Committees and Industry Partners, sharing their mission and work within the Association and the community. Another perk is the drawing held at the end of the day where members can submit their business card for a chance to win elaborate prizes.

Following the networking opportunity, members are served lunch at 11:30 am. This year’s Board of Directors President, Brandon Roberts, will speak at the event by welcoming members and delivering updates about the Association. Brandon Roberts will also have the chance to introduce the 2022 Board of Directors and address our diverse group of REALTORS® for the first time since his Installation. Headlining the event is keynote speaker Brian Gordon, principal at Applied Analysis with a first Quarter 2022 Economic Update. As the meeting draws to a close, members taking advantage of the opportunity to attain three continuing education credits, should remain at the venue. The title for this General Membership C.E. class is 'What Would You Do? Questions on Ethical Integrity' and will be instructed by Vandana Bhalla from 1:30-4:30 pm.

LVR Events Specialist Michelle Gerhard, has been organizing General Membership meetings since 2019 and is looking forward to this year. When asked about the General Membership, she stated: “It is one of the most beneficial meetings for REALTORS® in terms of making business connections. Members take away important information helping them to advance and succeed within their career. This is also a great opportunity to learn about the many resources and innovations that LVR has to offer.”

All three General Membership meetings for 2022 will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel and are set for March 18, July 8, and October 14. Be sure to save those dates on your calendar.

Registration for the General Membership Meeting is required and will close on March 11, 2022, at 5:00 pm. A $35 refundable registration fee is required and members can register online by clicking here.
