Your Annual CALV Fee Will Increase in April

The Board of Directors of Las Vegas REALTORS® has approved a modest increase in our annual Commercial Alliance Las Vegas membership fees.
This change was initially proposed by our CALV Board of Directors. Our board consists of local commercial real estate industry leaders who volunteer their time to direct and improve CALV and the services we provide to our members and the industry. It also includes representatives of the other leading organizations for commercial real estate professionals throughout Southern Nevada.

This change will take effect on Saturday, April 1, 2023. After that date, the cost to be a CALV member will increase from $200 to $250 per year.

This is the first time CALV has raised its annual membership fees since 2012. Besides the need to keep pace with inflation and the increasing cost of providing services over the past decade, this will allow us to continue and expand the benefits we provide to all CALV members.

Examples of these enhanced CALV member services include AIR forms for use in commercial real estate transactions and more continuing education classes designed specifically for commercial practitioners.

On behalf of CALV, the commercial real estate division of LVR, we hope you agree that your membership in CALV continues to be one of the best values in the industry and is well worth an additional $50 per year.
