Zip Codes in Matrix

Did you know Matrix is fully integrated with Google Maps, allowing you to view Zip Code boundaries for your real estate market? This feature helps you refine your search and better understand market areas.

How to View Zip Code Maps in Matrix:

1. Go to a Residential Search in Matrix.

2. Click the Map tab (located between “Criteria” and “Results”).

3. Select the three-paper icon at the top of the map.

4. Check the “Zip” box to display zip code boundaries for Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson.

5. Zoom in if boundaries appear red or are not visible.

You can also view City or Neighborhood boundaries and even overlay two map layers, though multiple overlays may appear cluttered. If you’re not zoomed in, you’ll see bubble numbers indicating listing counts—hover over them to reveal area shapes.
