Leadership Training Series 2023

Applications are now open for the 2023 Leadership Training Series. Please email applications to 2023leadership@lvrealtors.org.

REALTORS^® will have a chance to broaden their understanding of the Association’s role in the community and economy through its volunteer efforts at the local, state, and federal levels. 

The deadline to apply is November 18, 2022—interviews will be held the week of December 5, 2022. A committee appointed by the President will select eligible participants

SESSION 1 REALTORS® in Action - January 20, 2023 - This session discusses how different organizations work to benefit their members through various roles and responsibilities of volunteers and staff, with leadership opportunities and pathways to personal and professional development.

SESSION 2 A Week in the Life of a Leader - January 27, 2023 - This session contains a summary of research on leadership, and a discussion panel on the subject featuring leaders in the REALTOR® organization and community.

SESSION 3 Community Outreach - February 3, 2023 - REALTOR® involvement in their community by volunteering and helping those in need.

SESSION 4 Economic Development - February 10, 2023 - This session discusses the city, county, and state's efforts to attract and grow businesses.

SESSION 5 REALTORS® in Politics and Action - February 17, 2023 - This session discusses how real estate-related issues are identified, and legislation is crafted.

SESSION 6 Close Out - February 24, 2023 - Various tips on email etiquette, handshakes, leadership takeaways, and close-out session.
