Blood Donations Needed During Our November Blood Drive

The Community Outreach Committee, in conjunction with Vitalant, is hosting a blood drive on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at LVR in Classroom B.

We invite you to help our community by donating your time and blood. Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Donated blood is crucial for undergoing surgeries, cancer treatments, blood disorder treatments, and other severe conditions and injuries. 

Thanks to you, Vitalant had 24 donations at our last blood drive in August, but we know we can have an even better turnout this time. Every donor receives the benefit of a health check where blood pressure, pulse, cholesterol, and COVID-19 antibodies will be tested.

Generous donors like you can help meet this constant need for blood. When you give blood, you can save someone's life. Just one unit can help up to three people, so please participate if you're eligible or know someone who might want to donate!
