Tenant Application Summary
New Rental Fields
Release Date: June 22, 2023 at 8:57 AMThe MLS has recently added additional fields in RNT concerning application requirements, brokerage hours, processing time, etc. Information that the renters need to review when looking for a place to live.
When entering the Rental Listing, you will see the following under the VOW/Financial/Listing Info Tab.
It is displayed on the NEW report Tenant Application Summary, which is in the list of displays in the Display drop-down.
Here is an example of what this report looks like: see image.
This report can be printed and given to the client. You can also choose to Email a PDF. To do this, select Print, select Tenant Application Summary—then Email PDF or Print to PDF.
