Release Date: May 22, 2026 at 10:00 AMNevada’s 2026 primary election is right around the corner, and the races on the ballot shape more of our day-to-day work than most members realize.
The leaders our community elects this June will set the rules our profession operates under for the rest of the decade. County commissioners decide zoning and density. City councils sign off on permits, infrastructure, and short-term rental rules.
- Early Voting: Saturday, May 23 to Friday, June 5
- Election Day: Tuesday, June 9
To make voting easier, Las Vegas REALTORS® and our Board of REALTOR® Political Action Committee (BORPAC) have put together a slate of candidates we support. These are the leaders who understand REALTOR® interests, private property rights, and the Southern Nevada housing economy that runs through every transaction we close. They are friends to our profession, and they are friends to the industry that keeps Southern Nevada moving.
