Important Dates & Voting Information

A Special Meeting of the LVR membership will take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Durango Casino & Resort (6915 S. Durango Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89148).

The meeting will be offered in a hybrid format—giving you the option to attend either in person or virtually via ZOOM®.

During the meeting, members will have the opportunity to vote on the proposed changes using ElectionBuddy, our secure third-party voting platform. To participate in and vote during the meeting, you must register to attend either in person or virtually via ZOOM®. To register and vote via ZOOM®, you must use the email associated with your LVR membership.

Please note: In-person attendance for the Special Meeting & Bylaws Vote is for educational and observational purposes only. No amendments will be accepted from the floor. All voting will still be conducted electronically through ElectionBuddy.

Prefer to Vote by Proxy?

If you can’t attend the Special Meeting; you will have the option to cast your vote in advance by proxy. All eligible members will receive a personalized voting link and credentials email directly from ElectionBuddy on Monday, July 28, 2025.

This is a secure process that allows the option to every member to submit their vote on each proposed Bylaws change directly and electronically without needing to attend the Special Meeting.
